Although cheese is rich in calcium, they should be consumed in moderation. Cheese has a high calorific value because it contains saturated fat and sodium. Instead of cheese, consume other dairy products like low-fat milk or yogurt. Since it is prepared using refined flour, white sandwich bread is extremely low in protein and fiber.
