The fossil looked like an elephant skull. But even she was wrong. When she got closer to the fossil, she inspected it for a while. Everybody was waiting for Ashley to perform her last magic trick. Then she said something, not audible to the people present, she might have said something to herself. The skull was not of an elephant but of a young mammoth. It was a huge discovery as it’s very rare to find a mammoth skull in the LA area.
