Underwater Cross

In 1956 a couple lost their 15-year-old son in a shotgun at the farm. In his memory, the grieving parents commissioned an 11-foot marble crucifix from an Italian sculptor. The crucifix was damaged in the transit, so the parents refused to take it and it was sold to a diving club. The members of the club lowered the crucifix in memory of the people who lost their lives while diving.
